Check out our programs for students and families, read the research that supports the objectives of our nonprofit organization, see our participants in action, listen to what students have to say about their experiences at CyberMill, reference our website recommendations, AND get involved in our effort to place 300 recycled computers in homes and provide computer literacy training and educational resources for 1,000 individuals!

CyberMill Joins Computers for Youth National Affiliate Network

CyberMill Technology Center, a local nonprofit organization serving the technology needs of Napa youth, has become the newest affiliate of Computers for Youth, a national nonprofit foundation serving families in New York City, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. The Computers for Youth Affiliate Network is a diverse coalition of independent non-profit organizations committed to improving the Home Learning Environment of low-income families through the innovative use of technology.

As a Computers for Youth (CFY) Affiliate, CyberMill will participate in national research, share expertise, exchange best practices, and access award winning educational software. The goals of CFY match CyberMill’s effort 1) to advance the development of home learning environments that positively impact children’s academic and life-long success and 2) to leverage the power of technology to provide engaging and empowering learning experiences for all family members.

CyberMill offers technology training and refurbished home computers to families who participate in the Middle School Connections project and high school & college students enrolled in PC2Home.
